Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 31th March, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms) govern the use of services provided by RiyalInnovates, a brand and division of RiyalVerse Technology Pvt. Ltd.

By engaging with our services, you (“Client”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

RiyalInnovates operates as a Digital Growth Partner, offering services including but not limited to:

  1. Website & Technology Development
  2. Branding & Design
  3. Performance Marketing (Meta, Google, etc.)
  4. Social Media Management
  5. Lead Generation & Funnel Systems
  6. Business Consulting & Growth Strategy

Services may be provided via:

  1. Subscription-based plans
  2. One-time projects
  3. Consulting engagements

3. Free Audit Disclaimer

Any Free Digital Business Audit / Inspection provided:

  1. Is for informational and strategic purposes only
  2. Does not create a binding service agreement
  3. Does not guarantee results or outcomes

4. Payment Terms

  1. 40% advance payment is required before project/service initiation
  2. Remaining payment is due at the end of the monthly billing cycle

Late Payment:

  1. A 3% penalty will be applied if payment is delayed beyond 7 days
  2. Continued non-payment may result in service suspension or termination

5. Refund Policy (Summary)

  1. Refund requests are only valid within 7 days of service start date
  2. After 7 days, no refunds will be initiated under any circumstances

(Detailed Refund Policy will be defined separately)

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  1. Provide required content, access, and approvals in a timely manner
  2. Cooperate during execution and communication cycles
  3. Ensure accuracy of all information shared

Important:

  1. Any delay from the client side will not be the responsibility of RiyalInnovates
  2. Project timelines may be extended accordingly

7. No Guarantee of Results

While we apply proven strategies and industry expertise:

  1. We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

Performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, the Client will own final deliverables such as:

  1. Website
  2. Design assets
  3. Branding materials

However, RiyalInnovates retains the right to:

  1. Showcase work in portfolio
  2. Use project outputs for marketing and case studies

9. Third-Party Tools & Services

Services may involve third-party platforms such as:

  1. Meta Ads
  2. Google Ads
  3. CRM tools (e.g., Zoho)
  4. Hosting & domain providers

The Client agrees:

  1. To bear all third-party costs
  2. To comply with third-party terms and policies

RiyalInnovates is not liable for:

  1. Platform changes
  2. Account bans
  3. Policy violations

10. Confidentiality (NDA Clause)

Both parties agree to:

  1. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business information
  2. Not disclose proprietary or strategic data without consent

This obligation survives termination of services.

11. Termination of Services

  1. The Client may cancel services at any time
  2. No refunds will be applicable beyond the 7-day refund window

RiyalInnovates reserves the right to terminate services if:

  1. Payments are not made
  2. Terms are violated
  3. Misuse or unethical practices are identified

12. Limitation of Liability

RiyalInnovates shall not be held liable for:

  1. Indirect or consequential losses
  2. Business loss, revenue loss, or opportunity loss
  3. Delays caused by third parties or client-side issues

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in: Panipat, Haryana

14. Modifications to Terms

RiyalInnovates reserves the right to:

  1. Update or modify these Terms at any time
  2. Notify clients of major changes where applicable
