Refund Policy

Effective Date: 31th March, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how RiyalInnovates, a division of RiyalVerse Technology Pvt. Ltd., collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our services or interact with our website.

By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

2. Payment Terms

1. A 40% advance payment is required before the commencement of any service
2. The remaining payment is due at the end of the monthly billing cycle or as agreed in the proposal

Accepted Modes of Payment:

1. Bank Transfer
2. UPI / Online Payments
3. Any officially communicated payment method

3. Pricing Structure

Our pricing may include:

1. Monthly subscription plans
2. One-time project fees
3. Custom or enterprise pricing

All pricing is discussed and finalized before project initiation.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following condition:

1. The client requests a refund within 7 days of service start date

5. No Refund Conditions

No refund will be initiated if:

1. The 7-day period has passed
2. Work has progressed beyond initial stages
3. Deliverables have been shared
4. Delay is caused by client-side issues
5. Client changes requirements mid-project
6. Dissatisfaction is based on subjective expectations (design, preference, etc.)

6. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable once initiated:

1. Strategy & consulting services
2. Digital audits / inspections
3. Branding & creative work
4. Paid marketing campaign setups
5. Any custom development work

7. Subscription Cancellation

1. Clients may cancel services at any time
2. However:
   • No refund will be issued beyond the 7-day refund window
   • Active month services will continue until the billing cycle ends

8. Late Payment Policy

1. A 3% penalty will be applied if payment is delayed beyond 7 days
2. Continued delay may result in:
   • Suspension of services
   • Termination of agreement
   • Withholding of deliverables

9. Third-Party Costs

All third-party costs are non-refundable, including:

1. Ad spend (Meta, Google, etc.)
2. Software subscriptions
3. Domain & hosting fees
4. CRM or automation tools

These are paid directly by the client or billed separately.

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

1. Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without contacting us first
2. Any payment disputes will be handled through mutual discussion

False or abusive chargebacks may result in:

1. Legal action
2. Permanent service termination

11. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of RiyalInnovates.

However, this does not create any obligation to provide refunds.
